Dolphin Holdings WLL is a Capital investment company that offer a broad range of financing solutions, from debt financing to making minority and majority equity investments using a combination of debt and equity financing. While we look back with pride at our achievements, we also look forward to building on our track record to catalyse more value creation in the industry. Most importantly, we seek to make greater contributions to the Arab economies and the world at large. We serve by promoting prosperity, progress, and empowering greater enterprise.
When we founded Dolphin Holdings WLL, our vision was to create a financial and investment services group covering the whole Middle East and the world at large, backed with strong partners and a world class team of experienced financial professionals, offering the finest services in investment solutions, securities brokerage, asset management and financial solutions. In 2010, Dolphin Holdings WLL went through a major organizational and capital restructuring that positioned Dolphin Holdings WLL firmly in the investment sector.
The aim of Dolphin Holdings WLL is to invest its funds in different types of investment options available in the world, achieve profits for the shareholders and contribute in the economic, commercial and social growth of the Kingdom. Currently, our assets are well diversified across 23 countries, 9 sectors and a wide spectrum of Assets classes including Private Equities, Real Estate and Fixed Income, etc. We manage $5.59 billion in assets, spanning 6 business segments and 26 investment vehicles, investing wisely and responsibly over the long-term. As a global investment company we work together to create long-term value for our investors, companies, shareholders, people and communities.
Our investment strategy of providing debt and equity financing similar to mezzanine debt/loan both on a minority and majority ownership basis has remained constant. We are committed to helping businesses build on their success by continuing to provide both capital and a deep bench of engaged professional experience and guidance that add value to businesses and help them achieve their full potentials and next phase of growth.
